The 17-7 PH Stainless Steel actuator spring provides consistent pressure even at elevated temperatures, resisting ‘relaxing’ up to 900?F (483?C). For superior reliability and longevity, our Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel is employed for the valve seat and valve bushing, matching the material used in high-level gates.

Crafted with precision, our CNC-machined 304L 12mm thick weld flange guarantees durability. Proudly made in the USA, our product boasts low cost without compromising quality. The color-anodized 6061-T651 aluminum actuator, available in Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, or Black, adds a touch of style to your setup. Each wastegate is shipped with air fittings and stainless hardware, ensuring hassle-free installation. Flanges are also available at an extra cost.
