Introducing our cutting-edge fuel anti-surge system, designed specifically for your G3 WRX or STi. Back in early 2008, Process West pioneered a revolutionary plug-and-play anti-surge solution for MY97 to MY07 WRX/STi models, and since then, we’ve successfully delivered hundreds of these units over the past four years.

The original system featured a hand-fabricated surge vessel with an externally mounted Bosch Motorsports 044 pump. Fast forward to October 2013, and we’ve elevated the standard. Our revamped system boasts an internally mounted pump (or pumps) coupled with an externally mounted anti-surge vessel crafted from high-quality 6061 billet aluminum. Positioned just above the transmission cross member, this system is not an in-tank setup.

Our primary focus in designing this system was ensuring easy upgradability to accommodate higher fuel flows when necessary. The “basic” configuration comes equipped with a single DW300 (Deatschwerks) 320LPH pump, offering a hassle-free plug-and-play option. Alternatively, we provide a twin DW300 system.

The “basic” single DW300 system meets the fuel delivery needs of 90% of applications, supporting 400kw at the wheels on petrol (gas) with its simple plug-and-play design. Opting for the twin DW300 system boosts this capacity to 750kw at the wheels on petrol (gas).

It’s essential to note that when selecting a twin pump system, the configuration concludes at the pump outlets of the surge tank. Beyond this point, you’ll need to seamlessly integrate into your existing system. With increased flow from the second pump, the factory fuel pressure regulator may struggle, necessitating the installation of an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator. Therefore, all twin pump systems are configured with -6 AN fittings at the pump outlets for easy integration into existing fuel rails.

For your convenience, single pump systems come complete with all necessary fuel lines for a hassle-free installation. Both configurations feature a pre-assembled wiring harness, ensuring a straightforward wiring process that requires only the soldering of two wires.
