With the purchase of a product from this website (streettuned.com.au) – you accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Jurisdiction of this is governed by NSW Consumer Law.

Prices, Quotation and Estimates
Prices, Quotation and Estimates are subject to change without prior notice. Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling on the date of dispatch. All prices, quotations and estimates do not include any delivery unless stated.

Return of Goods
Return of Goods is only accepted if goods are in the original, resalable condition with carriage paid. Special order goods or goods cut to a request size or length, or modified by request cannot be accepted back for credit unless incorrect or defective. In other cases where product ordered is accepted back for a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Goods must be returned within 5 days of purchase, outside of this time frame it will be at Street Tuned’s discretion.

You are responsible for sending and paying to have the product returned. We highly recommend the delivery to be insured. We will not take responsibility for any lost parcels or damage incurred; this will be your responsibility.

Warranty
All products are subject to warranty terms and conditions outlined by manufacturer.

Liability
Street Tuned accepts no liability for expenditure incurred or loss of product consequential loss of any kind, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any for faults which occur in goods supplied by Street Tuned, or as a result of late, partial, wrong or non delivery of goods ordered.

Title of Goods
Title of Goods shall not pass until payment is received in full by Street Tuned. Payment of goods will be finalised prior to shipment.

Pre-ordered Items
Items obtained via pre-order cannot be returned as they are made / ordered specifically for you.

Delivery
Every effort shall be made by Street Tuned to deliver within the time agreed. Any provisions for penalties to delay in delivery or non-delivery are excluded from any order.

Specification
Performance details supplied by Street Tuned are based on our experience. You (the purchaser) accept responsibility for the performance and capacity of the goods being sufficient and suitable for your application. You also assume responsibility for the correct fitment, installation and service of the goods.

Carriage and Freight
Carriage and Freight and packaging may be charged extra on all orders. Every reasonable care is taken that goods are adequately packaged for delivery. However, should goods arrive damaged, or should parts be missing from breakage, the carriers receipt must be supplied / retained and a claim for any loss or damage should be made upon the carrier. Street Tuned can not, and will not accept responsibility for goods after they leave Street Tuned premises. In any case Street Tuned should be notified of such losses or damage where the buyer must quote the accompanied delivery receipt from Street Tuned and the Delivering Carrier details.
